Dongguan Guang Long Paper Products Co., Ltd. (Mainland China)
Gao-Yi Printing Co., Ltd. (Taiwan, China)
Shing Sheng Color Printing Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong, China)
This ensures that clients are working with a real, long-established enterprise with decades of experience in the packaging industry.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information (such as name, email, and contact details) submitted through our website forms will only be used for communication regarding our products and services. We will not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties without consent.

3. Terms of Service

We provide custom paper packaging solutions including boxes, bags, stickers, manuals, pulp trays, and related printing products. All products are B2B custom orders, not consumer retail goods.

I. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are based on client-provided specifications. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance against Bill of Lading (B/L) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

II. Samples

White structural samples and digital proof samples: free of charge (5–7 days).
Printed or production samples: may incur reasonable costs.

III. Lead Time

Usual production lead time: 10–30 days, depending on order size.
Expedited production is available upon request.

IV. Shipping Terms

We support multiple shipping terms, including FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP. Shipping options from Mainland China, Taiwan (China), and Vietnam are available to help clients optimize tariffs and logistics.

V. Liability

While we ensure quality control with internationally recognized certifications (ISO9001, ISO14001, FSC, and GMI), liability for indirect or consequential losses (such as business interruption, lost profits, or opportunity costs) is excluded. Our responsibility is limited to the agreed scope of supply and quality assurance defined in the purchase contract.

VI. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and brand assets provided by clients remain the property of the client. Klong Packaging will not reproduce, share, or disclose these without written consent, except where the product is publicly available after launch. In such cases, packaging structures or similar designs may be shared as examples to clients with similar needs, purely for reference purposes. For any products under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), we will adhere strictly to the terms specified in the agreement.

VII. Governing Law

All contracts and services are governed by the applicable laws of Mainland China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, they may be submitted to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong.
