Custom Folding Paperboard Boxes for Retail & Consumer Products

Folding cartons are made from single-ply or laminated paperboard, where two sheets of paper are glued together for extra strength. Commonly used materials include white paperboard grades such as SBS, C1S coated board, and CCWB, typically ranging from 250–400 gsm, as well as CCNB (greyback whiteboard) for more cost-effective options.

Lightweight, foldable, and excellent for printing, these boxes are widely used for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, gifts, and retail products.

Laminating two layers not only increases stiffness and durability but also delivers a clean white edge without the yellow corrugated core, giving the box a more refined and premium appearance.

White Paperboard

SBS, C1S coated board, and CCWB — commonly used white paperboard grades offering high brightness and smooth surfaces ideal for detailed printing.

Two-ply lamination available for enhanced rigidity and a refined edge finish.

For projects requiring mass-production accuracy in color, die-cut, and gluing, a production sample can be made. This process incurs material, printing press, and tooling costs, which can be refunded once order volume meets the agreed threshold.
