Pulp Trays & Paper Inserts

Molded Pulp Trays & Folded Paperboard Inserts

Paper Inserts are made from single-ply or laminated paperboard, commonly using materials like SBS, C1S, CCWB, or CCNB (greyback whiteboard). They are typically die-cut and manually folded to create inserts for separating, securing, and cushioning.

These inserts are not only suitable for small orders, urgent orders, and frequently revised projects, but also offer low costs and fast turnaround for large-volume orders, making them ideal for both quick reaction and high-volume production. The die-cut cost is low (50–100 USD), and production is fast (24–48 hours).

Pulp Trays are molded from paper pulp or bagasse pulp, offering complex cavity designs. They are often used as a plastic alternative for packaging. These trays are environmentally friendly, providing strong cushioning, but require mold tooling, have higher upfront costs, and longer production cycles.

Key Benefits

  • Cost-effective solutions for all order sizes
  • Fast turnaround times
  • Eco-friendly plastic alternatives
  • Superior product protection
