Yes, we provide free digital samples for your review. For formal samples, there is a cost involved, which may be refunded based on the initial order size. Contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.
The usual delivery time for most products is 7-15 days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
After the sample is sent, we will provide you with photos of the sample being sent, as well as the tracking number for you to track. We also have dedicated personnel to track the progress of the courier and remind you to confirm receipt. After the goods are sent, we will provide the bill of lading immediately and continue to follow up until the goods are delivered to the designated location.
For new customers, we only accept 30% of the TT payment upfront, and the balance payment is to be arranged after seeing the copy of the bill of lading.
Of course, yes. Usually, you just need to provide the product and related accessories, and we will provide blank or digital structural samples for your initial confirmation free of charge according to your requirements.
